Is it wrong that #1450 makes me chuckle a little?...and in that regard, I should be laughing at myself as I ran into a 'window' once (a sliding glass door). It was late, I was tired, the glass was very clean and clear...and there were people inside smoking close to the door which kind of made it hard to see any glare in the glass that would've alerted me to the fact that there was a closed glass door there...um, yeah...moving on...

Thomas Edison also tried to discredit a rival's invention by saying the rival's invention was dangerous. So dangerous, it could kill. What was that invention? Alternating current. Because of Edison's smear campaign, the electric chair was born!
