Pseudonym

If you had to create a pen name, like how Daniel Handler is more commonly known as Lemony Snicket, what would it be? I'm not looking to be called by a pseudonym...it's just a question I thought I'd ask.

Mine would be Cottony Swab.
(Your answer doesn't have to end in a "-y"...I just like the way Cottony Swab sounds...)

"Please! This is supposed to be a happy occasion. Let's not bicker and argue over who killed who."

Isn't that from The Tick?

I'd be called Bully Mancow. Or Geeks McFadden. I dunno which.

"But mother..."

"Father."

"But father..."

Bully Mancow...hehehe...

Yeah, it's from the "The Tick vs. The Breadmaster" episode (Season 1, Episode 5). The Tick tries to console the grocery store owner (whose shop was ruined) by saying that he can start rebuilding with the surviving products. The Tick then picks up a box of Q-Tips and goes "Oooo. Cottony swabs!"

The "I (Heart) Wheat" shirt was in the "The Tick vs. Proto-Clown" episode...which was actually one of the BEST episodes of the series. This is the one where The Tick goes on a voyage of discovery of his mind and is guided by his conscience (which is portrayed as his own disembodied head with wings).

No, Cindy. The 'I (heart) wheat' shirt was the one with Proto-Clown. It's the episode where The Tick goes on his spiritual journey and little blue midgets hit him with fish.

There's a billboard for some radio station (I can't think of which station it is,) where they advertise a DJ named Mancow. When I read that, I thought "Hmmm... Man Cow!" The name came back to me after reading Scott's post. I wanted something about a cow to be part of the first name, but I didn't think Bovine Mancow would work, so I went for Bull. I thought Bully sounded better.

The other name was supposed to be a play on Gates McFadden (a.k.a. Dr. Beverly Crusher of Star Trek TNG fame.) I don't really know why.
