Oooooh ... Guess what ... It's inventor trifles again!
"771. Thomas Edison, the inventor of the light bulb was afraid of the dark." - Afriad of the dark he might have been, but inventor of the light bulb, sadly not.
All Edison did was buy the patent off of Woodward and Evans and have a team of developers improve the design.
Teehee ... Otherwise wonderful.
Squiggle: Alas...once again, I have failed. Sorry, O Almighty Squiggle! Yeah, all the people facts in TFS 29 and 31 were selections from this one site I stumbled across whilst trekking the net for future issues...but for whatever reason just decided to post the stuff 'now' instead of later. I can't at this moment remember the name/address of that site I got this info from and I'm not sure I saved it to my favorites in the web browser...hmmm...but yeah, I was more amused at the 'afraid of the dark' bit that I once again glossed over the probably more important fact... =)
Cindy: I'm going to say that you should stop driving yourself crazy thinking about this quote because it's one of those that sounds like it could be from one of several movies...but it is in fact a line from Paul W.S. Anderson's "Resident Evil" movie, spoken by Michelle Rodriguez who played Rain in the flick but is probably more well known for her role in "Girlfight."
